Gabriella Lucci
Architect & Designer
Profile
I’m an ARB‑registered architect and Associate Partner at Foster + Partners, leading large, multidisciplinary teams through all RIBA stages on complex residential, commercial and heritage‑led projects across the UK, Europe and the US. My approach balances design ambition with disciplined delivery and a clear grasp of UK legislation—including CDM 2015 and the Building Safety Act. To strengthen my competence in fulfilling Principal Designer duties, I completed the RIBA Principal Designer Course (CDM Regulations & Building Regulations) in Autumn 2024 and have performed duties under the designer role as defined by both frameworks. Since 2020, I’ve mentored Part 3 candidates and supervised workplace experience, fostering a culture of learning and professional rigour. I’m collaborative by nature, and I focus on coordinated, compliant and contextually responsive design that manages risk intelligently while delivering long‑term value for clients and communities.
